Errors - support forum/purchase registration

   Hello,
I have run into a few issues regarding registration and product support.  If anyone can tell me where I went wrong, that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you all in advance.

I have purchased a Citation Mustang from the Flight1 store (earlier today).  I am attempting to access the mustang support forum, and several other FAQ forums.  I am being bounced back with an error saying that I don't have permission to access these forums.

When attempting to register my purchase via the ' "click here" to register your purchase' link at the top of the main forum page, upon entering my info (obtained via my Flight1 store history) I am told that my certificate cannot be validated.
