I will be in the market this spring for a Mustang possibly, mabye 10-12 years old. I cant string 3 flights together on a 421c without something breaking. Im told I would be lucky to string 1 flight together without an issue with an Eclipse. Im fine with a big annual to get things up to speed, not fine with unscheduled frequent issues, never fine with being stranded at a destination waiting for a part. What do you guys see on your planes in this regard? |

Hi Brian, There is is at least one real world Mustang pilot who is sometimes in these forums, so you may get a response. However, you might be better of posting in a real world forum. ------------- Best, Jim

Hello Brian, In 2019, I went from a Cessna 421C to a C510. I love it. The Mustang is an excellent single pilot jet with modern design and systems. Very reliable, great performance, sophisticated safety features. The Flight1 Mustang on P3D is a great tool for training. Eclipse is a dead horse. Nice design, but no future. Membership at Citation Jet Pilots is a valuable source.
