Lost Forum Login Information

You can use this page to retrieve your lost forum login information. By entering certain information, we can send you your lost forum username.

Since passwords are stored encrypted, we can't send you a new password. But if you still have access to the email address that you registered your forum username with, we can send you your lost username.

We will need the email address your used when you registered, along with the the following order information:

On Download Versions:

We will need your Flight1 order number. If you need help getting your order number, please visit our automated customer service department.

For CD ROM Versions:

Check the product manual for a printed number. It will either have 2 parts, with a dash in the middle, or be one long string without a dash. If you have the version with the dash, we only need the first part of the printed number, that is to the left of the dash (e.g. SV92312-XXXXXX).

Order Number or Code:	(If you have a 2 part code, only the first part is required).
Username Email Address:	The email address you used when you signed up.
